Kimchi Workshop
Join us for a fun filled evening of fermenting where we will teach you the ancient art of fermenting Korean kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish that is made from a variety gut loving vegetables such as Napa cabbage, daikon, ginger, garlic, red chili. There are so many different versions that you can make depending on the region of Korea you are in.
At the workshop you will learn how to make your very own jar of kimchi and go home with all the instruments you need to continue to ferment kimchi and other vegetables at home.
