Chickpeace currently ships zero waste lifestyle products to cities in North America.  And guess what? You receive FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $100.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes a confirmation of your item being shipped including a tracking number will be sent.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders in Canada typically take between 3-5 business days

What happens if my items are damaged when they arrive?

We are so sorry that happened! Please take a picture and email it to us with as many details as possible. 

Are all products available for shipping?

Good question. Most products are available for shipping except ones with large volumes and weight. The majority of our everyday bulk and pantry items are only available for local pickup and delivery.

What are the delivery areas?

Chickpeace offers online ordering + local delivery of ALL products in the Kelowna area.

Are there specific cut off dates?

No, order when you want and we will deliver as soon as possible.

If I live just outside of Kelowna can I order?

Sorry. At this time no but we are working on expanding our delivery options throughout more of the Okanagan.

How do I get my deposit back?

You can return the deposit jars back to the store or you can leave them out and we will issue you a credit to your account.
