Production: This single origin, shade grown, freeze dried medium roast instant coffee originates from the mineral-rich soils of the volcanic highlands of Papua New Guinea. Careful attention to sustainability practices, optimal ripeness at harvest, natural fermentation, and a slow roasting process, help develop the complex aroma and delicate flavour of this product.

Quality: This coffee is produced with excellence and wellbeing in mind from bean to cup. It was the first organic instant coffee on the market, is always fairly traded, and has lower acidity due to the slow roasting process.

Common use: The convenience of instant coffee is great for those who are traveling, camping, or on the go, it is great for baking and beverage blends. 100g yields about 60 cups of coffee.
