These hot sauces are fermented which not only makes them good for your gut, but adds a depth of flavour you won't find in non-fermented hot sauces.

Thai Chili Pepper Sauce

50,000 to 100,000 Scoville units. A great sauce for cooking with, adding some heat to rice and noodle dishes, marinades, and more. Very strong pepper flavour.

Ghost Pepper Sauce

Around 1,000,000 Scoville units, that's 1 million. Not for the faint-hearted, or perhaps, faint-stomached. A delicate fruitiness and a hint of smokiness, with that good burning finish that will stay a while.
