Ingredients:
Organic Unbleached White Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sea Salt.

Recipe: 
2 + 1/4 cups pancake mix
2 cups milk of choice (any plant milk or dairy milk will work)
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1/4 cup oil of choice or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions: 

• Measure out 2 cups of milk of choice, add 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes.
• To a bowl, add 2 1/4 cups of pancake mix, milk mixture, 1/4 cup oil or melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
• Mix until just combined; do not over mix.
• Heat small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat, scoop 1/4 cup mixture into pan, cook until bubbles form and pop on first side (and underside is golden), then flip and cook second side until golden brown.
